WINNIPEG – The name of a Winnipeg food truck caught the attention of the Food Network.
“It’s tremendous that they recognize us,” said Roddy Seradilla, the owner of the Pimp My Rice Food Truck.

The restaurant on wheels made it onto the Food Network’s list of 20 Clever Food Truck Names.
“It was great,” said Seradilla, who had no idea his business was on the list until it went online.
This is the fourth year Pimp My Rice has been on the streets of Winnipeg. It specializes in Filipino food,
Seradilla said one of his ultimate goals was to appear on a Food Network show.
Other food trucks on the list include Curry Up Now from San Francisco, Grillenium Falcon from Arkansas, and I Dream of Weenie from Nashville.
